With the EPA requiring homes constructed before 1978 to be tested for lead based paint, contractors are responsible for identifying the year the home was built and follow the appropriate EPA laws. Our Zillow Integration will reach out to Zillow and if available pull the year the home was built and display it for you. This eliminates the need for you to go research it manually.
