If you have a RingCentral account ProjectsForce and RingCentral can work hand in hand. Below we outline the triggers that can happen within RingCentral that will cause a project to be updated within ProjectsForce or a record of the calls made from RingCentral.

  • New call recording has been created

  • Missed Calls

  • New SMS

  • Call Ended

  • New Voicemail

Example: A customer places a call into your office and you miss the call. We will create a log within ProjectsForce of the missed call and we can update the project to reflect that the client attempted to call in while informing you of when they called and the number they called from.
